Yes, if you are serious about change. Works best for thin, sagging, wrinkled, crepe-like elderly skin with visible sun damage like actinic keratosis that can be crusty or smooth. Assists to build out the epidermis and works as a system to weed out spots and improve texture, elasticity and turgor.

We have found over the decades that repetitive daily application of the same topical products can weaken the skin. Weak skin lacks resistance and looks drab. Varying ingredients and their concentration can provide a noticeable degree of resilience day-to-day. Our cleansers are formulated to work together and do just that. The lynchpins are ARRIVE and REVIVE. These are unique in all of skincare and can be used as cleansers and leave-ons. We have seen consistent beneficial results with them. Have three or even four cleansers and rotate through them during the week. Your cost is the same as if you were using only one because you are – at a time.
If you experience dryness contact GUIDANCE. We want to limit the number of leave-on topicals especially in the first three months of aging recovery. But, there are alternatives and we can go over these with you to ensure you have what you need.
None. Wear a hat, avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Sunscreen products are usually inflammatory, accelerate the aging process and weaken skin resistance to UV damage. They do nothing to prevent skin cancer or reduce visible sun damage associated with aging. Finally and most importantly the formula chemistry, even with mineral sunscreens is harmful, the small particles in mineral sunscreens are cell invasive for example. We abandoned our sunscreen program years ago when the preclinical data was overwhelmingly negative and any temporary benefits in skin morphology were unsustainable. More recent evidence supports that decision.
If you are concerned about sunburn (which may occur after 15 minutes of sustained, direct exposure) and skin areas are unavoidably exposed, an occlusive clay product, like REMEDY, mixed with REVIVE or ARRIVE and then applied will provide a temporary expedient from the elements. The better alternative is to wait fifteen minutes after prolonged sun exposure, shower, and then follow the simple applications found in AFTER SUN. This will materially reduce the visible signs of sunburn and aged sun damaged skin. This is a great option for children who may be jumping in and out of a pool or the sprinklers all day.
Smoothing the very upper layers of the skin every three months with our 3% SALICYLIC CLEANSER is fine. Stronger acids like lactic and glycolic are not recommended. More frequent smoothing with peels may easily lead to chronic inflammation. It is surprising how often this occurs and how sudden.
